ارائه الگوی سرمایه اجتماعی کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر مسئولیت‌ اجتماعی سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان گلستان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی سرمایه اجتماعی کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر مسئولیت‌ اجتماعی سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان گلستان انجام پذیرفت.
طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی ـ توسعه‌ای و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی بود. جامعۀ آماری در بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل خبرگان دانشگاهی بودند که به شیوه غیرتصادفی (هدفمند) و روش گلوله‌برفی تا حصول به اجماع نظری استفاده شده است و تعداد 20 خبره انتخاب شدند. گروه دوم از جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش در بخش کمی شامل مدیران و کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان گلستان به تعداد 518 نفر بودند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 221 نفر به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش تصادفی ساده بود. در بخش کیفی پژوهش حاضر از مصاحبه­های نیمه‌عمیق و در بخش کمی، از پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی هر دو ابزار مورد سنجش قرار گرفت و تأیید شدند. روش تحلیل داده­ها در سطح استنباطی، استفاده از آزمون‌هایی نظیر ضریب همبستگی، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم‌افزار لیزرل، الگوسازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ISM و نرم‌افزارهای دیگری همچون SPSS و Excel بود. یافته‌های پژوهش: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که مؤلفه­های سرمایه اجتماعی کارآفرینانه شامل مؤلفه‌های انسجام اجتماعی، تعامل و اعتماد اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی، هنجار اجتماعی و ساختار روابط اجتماعی بود. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی کارآفرینانه در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان گلستان بیشتر از سطح متوسط می‌باشند.
محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: متقاعدنمودن افراد درباره محرمانه‌بودن اطلاعات و ابراز عقایدشان نسبت به سازمان.
پیامدهای عملی: این پژوهش می‌تواند با شناسایی شاخص‌ها، مؤلفه‌ها و ابعاد مختلف مسئولیت‌ اجتماعی در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان گلستان و ارائه الگوی مناسب، به‌منظور بهبود سرمایه اجتماعی کارآفرینانه کمک کند.
ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: انجام این پژوهش به دلیل فقدان الگوی سرمایه اجتماعی کارآفرینانه در سازمان تأمین اجتماعی گلستان ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of presenting an entrepreneurial social capital model with emphasis on social responsibility of Golestan Social Security Organization.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The present study was a developmental-applied type in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection, it was exploratory mixed method. The statistical population in the qualitative part of the research included academic experts who were used in a non-destructive (targeted) method and snowball method until a theoretical consensus was reached and 20 experts were selected. The second group of the statistical population of this study in the quantitative part included the managers and employees of the Social Security Organization of Golestan province with 518 people who were selected as the sample size using Krejcie and Morgan table. The sampling method in this study was simple random. In the qualitative part of the present study, semi-in-depth interviews were used and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity and reliability of both instruments were evaluated and confirmed. The method of data analysis at the inferential level was the use of tests such as correlation coefficient, heuristic and confirmatory factor analysis using structural equation modeling by LISREL software, structural-interpretive modeling using ISM software in other software such as SPSS and Excel.
Research findings: The results showed that the components of entrepreneurial social capital included the components of social cohesion, social interaction and trust, social participation, social norm and the structure of social relations. The results also showed that the components of entrepreneurial social capital in Golestan Social Security Organization are higher than average.
Limitations & Consequences: Convincing people about the confidentiality of information and expressing their opinions about the organization
Practical Consequences: This research can help to improve entrepreneurial social capital by identifying the indicators, components and different dimensions of social responsibility in the Social Security Organization of Golestan Province and providing a suitable model.
Innovation or value of the Article: This research is necessary due to the lack of entrepreneurial social capital model in Golestan Social Security Organization.
