چکیده
با پیشرفتهای جدید شاهد نسل جدیدی از دانشگاهها، تحت عنوان "دانشگاه هوشمند" خواهیمبود. بمنظور دستیابی به دانشگاه هوشمند، ضروری است دانشگاه با روشی هوشمندانه مدیریت شود و این مهم در سایه توجه به سرمایههای اجتماعی، شبکه دانش، محیط و زیرساخت هوشمند، محقق خواهد شد. از سوی دیگر مراجعه به نظامهای بینالمللی رتبهبندی دانشگاه، یکی از روشهای رایج برای شناخت اعتبار و جایگاه علمی یک دانشگاه میباشد و از این رو کسب رتبه های بالا و برنامهریزی برای این منظور اهمیت بسزایی برای دانشگاهها دارد. پایگاه استنادی علوم جهان اسلام، یکی از نظامهای رتبهبندی است که پایش متوزانتری از کلیه ابعاد یک دانشگاه نسبت به سایرین ارائه مینماید. در پژوهش حاضر، ارتباط ابعاد دانشگاه هوشمند با شاخصهای این نظام ارزیابی با استفاده از نظرسنجی خبرگان به روش دلفی فازی مورد بررسی قرارگرفتهاست. نتایج، تأثیر قابل ملاحظه ابعاد دانشگاه هوشمند به ترتیب بر محورهای ارزیابی پژوهش، آموزش و وجهه بینالمللی را نشان میدهد. از سوی دیگر مدیریت هوشمند، شهروند هوشمند و شبکه دانش دارای بیشترین تأثیر در حوزه پژوهش (با اهمیت ترین شاخص رتبه بندی ISC) هستند. به این ترتیب درصورت محدودیت منابع میتوان پیادهسازی دانشگاه هوشمند را از ابعاد فوق آغاز نمود، تا نتایج قابل ملاحظه و چشمگیرتری در رتبه بندی های بین المللی دانشگاه حاصل شود. توجه و حرکت سریع دانشگاهها به سمت تحقق دانشگاه هوشمند ضرورتی است که نتایج آن حتی در رتبه بندی های بین المللی نیز قابل ملاحظه خواهدبود.
