مقایسه‌ی تاثیر دو سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا و تسهیم‌شده بر روی خلاقیت تیمی با نقش میانجی اشتراک‌گذاری دانش

چکیده

هدف: پیچیدگی جوامع امروزی و فضای رقابتی حاکم بر دنیای کسب و کار موجب گردیده است که سازمان‌ها به دنبال روش‌هایی باشند که برای آنها مزیت رقابتی به ارمغان آورد. سازمان‌هایی که تکنولوژی‌محور هستند، برای ارتقاء جایگاه خویش به تیم‌های کاری وابسته هستند. یکی از عواملی که به تیم‌ها کمک می‌نماید تا  بهره‌وری و عملکرد بهتری داشته باشند، خلاقیت تیمی می‌باشد. عوامل متعددی بر خلاقیت تیمی اثر می‌گذارند ولی هدف پژوهش فعلی نیز این است که تأثیر دو عامل سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا و تسهیم‌شده و همچنین اشتراک‌گذاری دانش بین اعضای تیم بر روی خلاقیت تیمی را مورد سنجش قرار دهد.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: رویکرد پژوهش کمی و نمونه آماری آن 350 نفر از اعضای تیم‌های یک شرکت رساننده خدمات اینترنت (رسا) می‌باشد. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بوده و داده‌ها از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه بدست آمده است.یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که هر دو سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا و تسهیم‌شده بر روی اشتراک‌گذاری دانش و خلاقیت تیمی تأثیر مثبت دارند. همچنین مشخص گردید که سبک رهبری تسهیم‌شده در مقایسه با سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا، بر خلاقیت تیمی و اشتراک‌گذاری دانش تأثیر مستقیم بیشتری می‌گذارد. بعلاوه نشان‌داده شد که اشتراک‌گذاری دانش لزوماً رابطه‌ معناداری با خلاقیت تیمی ندارد.محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: عدم امکان تعمیم‌پذیری نتایج پژوهش به همه جوامع، استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه جهت سنجش نگرش افراد، میزان صداقت مشارکت‌کنندگان در پاسخ به سوالات و وجود متغیرهای مداخله‌گر از جمله محدودیت‌های پژوهش فعلی می‌باشد.پیامدهای عملی: در صورت انتخاب سبک مناسب رهبری، می‌توان خلاقیت تیم را افزایش داد. بعلاوه در صورتی که مدیران سبک رهبری تسهیم‌شده و تحول‌گرا را به درستی پیاده نمایند، می‌توانند به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش در تیم‌ها کمک مضاعفی نمایند. خلاقیت تیمی و اشتراک‌گذاری دانش از جمله عواملی هستند که توجه به آنها می‌تواند ثمرات و نتایج مطلوب فراوانی را برای سازمان‌ها داشته باشد. همچنین با استفاده از دو یا چند سبک رهبری در کنار هم نه‌تنها می‌توان از مزایا و فرصت‌های بیشتری برخوردار گردید، بلکه نقاط ضعف هر سبک توسط سبک دیگر مورد پوشش قرار می‌گیرد.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: مقاله به تحقیقات مدیریتی، با بررسی رابطه بین اشتراک‌گذاری دانش، خلاقیت تیمی، رهبری تحول‌گرا و رهبری تسهیم‌شده می‌افزاید.نوع مقاله: مقاله علمی

Objective: The complexity of today's societies and the ability to compete in the business world have led organizations to look for ways that bring them competitive advantage. Organizations that are technology-oriented are dependent on working teams to promote their status. Team creativity is one of the factors that helps teams to better have productivity and performance. Several factors affect team creativity, but the current research also aims to measure the impact of both transformational and Shared leadership style, as well as knowledge sharing between team members, on team creativity.
Design / Methodology / Approach: This study based on quantitative research approach and a sample of 350 members of the teams of an Internet service provider Company. The research is applied and the data are obtained by distributing the questionnaire.
Findings: Findings indicate that both the transformational and shared leadership styles have a positive effect on the sharing of knowledge and team creativity. It was also found that the shared leadership, in contrast to the transformational leadership, has a greater impact on team creativity and knowledge sharing. In addition, it was indicated that knowledge sharing does not necessarily have a meaningful relationship with team creativity.
Limitations: The impossibility of generalizing the results of the research to all societies, using the questionnaire tool to measure the attitude of the people, the degree of sincerity of the participants in answering the questions and the existence of the intervening variables, including the limitations of the current research.
Practical implications: Creating team creativity can be enhanced if managers choose the right leadership style. Additionally, if managers can conduct shared & transformational leadership well, they can help divide knowledge into teams. Team creativity and knowledge sharing are among the factors that can be of great interest to organizations. Also, using two or more leadership styles brings with it more advantages and opportunities, as well as the weaknesses of each style are covered by other styles.
Initiative or value of the article: The paper adds to managerial research by examining the relationship between knowledge sharing, team creativity, transformational leadership, and shared leadership.
