چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل چابک سازی ساختار سازمانی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه انجام شد.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: متدولوژی مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، تلفیق فرایند تحلیل شبکه ای ANP و رویکرد DEMATEL بود. جامعه مورد بررسی این پژوهش متخصصان و کارشناسان خبره در حوزه معماری و ساختار چابکی و تصمیم گیری در دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه که شامل 20 نفر شدند، می باشد.یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد پس از تعیین شاخص های کارا با استفاده از نظر سنجی و مصاحبه، جهت تعیین مهم ترین عوامل از روش دلفی فازی پرسش نامه ای با 51 سوال (که هر سوال بیانگر یک متغیر می باشد) طراحی گردید که در طی سه مرحله نظرسنجی از 51 عامل، 15 عامل ازمدل مفهومی نهایی تحقیق حذف گردیده و مدل نهایی دارای 36 عامل گردید که روش F. DEMATEL نشان داد که در بین عوامل، عامل اصلی "نیروی انسانی" تأثیرگذارترین و "تعامل" تأثیرپذیرترین عامل می باشد هم چنین حل با روش F. ANP نشان داد که بیش ترین وزن مربوط به عامل "تعامل با سایر ارگانها و صنعت" می باشد و اولویت اول را کسب کردمحدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: به دلیل تعدد متغیرهای پژوهش و پیچیدگی‌های خاص پژوهش، برای پژوهش‌های آینده باید سایر مؤلفه‌های متغیرها به­طور دقیق بررسی شوند تا دیگر روابط متغیرها هر چه شفاف­تر و جامع­تر شناخته شود.پیامدهای عملی: هر دانشگاهی باید خود را در راستای پاسخگویی به مجموعه‌ای از نیروهای داخلی و خارجی، به صورت چابک طراحی کند.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: مدیریت دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه باید با ایجاد امکانات برای کارکنان، افزایش روحیه کار گروهی کارکنان، چابک سازی هیئت علمی و کشف استعدادهای هیئت علمی و دانشجویان بر ارتقاء چابک سازی ساختار سازمانی دانشگاه رازی کرمانشاه موثر گردد

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a model of organizational structure agility of Razi University of Kermanshah.Design / methodology / approach: The methodology used in this study was a combination of ANP network analysis process and DEMATEL approach. The population under study in this study is experts and specialists in the field of architecture and agility and decision-making structure at Razi University of Kermanshah, which included 20 people.Findings: The research findings showed that after determining the efficient indicators using survey and interview, to determine the most important factors of fuzzy Delphi method, a questionnaire with 51 questions (each question expressing a variable) was designed, which was done in three stages. A survey of 51 factors, 15 factors were eliminated from the final conceptual model of the research and the final model had 36 factors. The F. ANP method showed that the highest weight is related to the "interaction with other organs and industry" factor and gained the first priority.Limitations and Consequences: Due to the multiplicity of research variables and the specific complexities of the research, other components of the variables should be carefully considered for future research so that the other relationships of the variables are more transparent and comprehensive.Practical implications: Every university must be agile in designing to respond to a set of internal and external forces.Originality or value of the article: The management of Razi University of Kermanshah should be effective in improving the organizational structure of Razi University of Kermanshah by creating facilities for employees, increasing the teamwork of employees, making faculty agile and discovering the talents of faculty and students.
