چکیده
هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی مولفه‌های تأثیرگذار مناطق آزاد تجاری در توسعه اقتصادی کشور است.
طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش از نظر روش، یک پژوهش ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) بوده که در بخش کیفی، با مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری انجام شده است؛ ابتدا داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان علمی، صاحب‌نظران حوزه اقتصادی و حقوقی مناطق آزاد گردآوری شد و در گام دوم، به منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل حاصل از گام اول، پرسشنامه‌ای طراحی و در جامعه آماری مورد نظر توزیع شد و پس از گردآوری داده‌ها، اعتبار مدل با استفاده از تحلیل-های آماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
یافته‌های پژوهش: براساس نتایج پژوهش، وضعیت همه شاخص‌ها به‌جز شاخص اصلاحات و ارتباطات و شاخص کاهش ریسک‌ها، در مدل مطلوب می‌باشد؛ بر اساس نمودار قدرت نفوذ- وابستگی، متغیر «اجرای خط‌مشی‌ها و دانش‌محوری» قدرت نفوذ بالایی داشته و تأثیرپذیری کمی دارند و در ناحیه متغیرهای مستقل قرار گرفته است. متغیرهای «توسعه مزیت‌های ویژه مناطق آزاد» قدرت نفوذ و میزان وابستگی بالایی دارند؛ بنابراین، متغیرهای پیوندی هستند. دو متغیر «تسهیل روند امور» نیز از وابستگی بالا اما نفوذ اندکی برخوردار هستند؛ بنابراین، متغیرهای وابسته محسوب می‌شوند. متغیر «کارکردها و قابلیت‌های اقتصادی» نیز در ربع اول یعنی ناحیه خودمختار قرار گرفته است.
محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: امکان وارد شدن متغیرهای مداخله‌گر مهم دیگر به تحقیق، به علت پیچیدگی‌های زیاد آن‌ها، وجود نداشته است؛ همچنین، اطلاعات از منبعی واحد به دست آمده‌اند و تعمیم آن‌ها به مناطق دیگر جای احتیاط دارد.
پیامدهای عملی: اجرای مدل ساختاری تفسیری برای تعیین نقش مناطق آزاد در توسعه اقتصادی کشور موجب درک بهتر فضای تصمیم‌گیری به‌وسیله مدیران می‌شود.
ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: با وجود نقش پررنگ مناطق آزاد در توسعه اقتصادی کشور، تاکنون پژوهشی در زمینه شناسایی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار مناطق آزاد در توسعه اقتصادی کشور انجام نشده است. پژوهش حاضر، نخستین گام در این زمینه است.

چکیده [English]
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the influencing dimensions of Free Trade Zones in the economic development of Iran.
Design/Methodology/Approach: In terms of method, this research was a qualitative-quantitative research that was conducted with interpretative structural modeling in the qualitative part. First, the data was collected through interviews with scientific experts, experts in the economic and legal fields of free zones, and in the second step, in order to validate the model obtained from the first step, a questionnaire was designed and distributed in the target statistical community, and after data collection The validity of the model was investigated using statistical analysis.
Research findings: The results show that the status of all indicators except the reform and communication index and the risk reduction index are favorable in the model; According to the influence-dependence diagram, the variable "implementation of policies and knowledge-oriented" has a high influence and has little influence. "Development of special advantages of free zones" variables have a high influence and dependence; Therefore, they are linked variables. The two variables of "facilitating the process of affairs" also have high dependence but little influence; Therefore, they are considered dependent variables. The variable "Economic functions and capabilities" is also placed, which is the autonomous region.
Limitations and consequences: it was not possible to include other important intervening variables in the research, due to their great complexity.
Practical consequences: the implementation of an interpretative structural model to determine the role of free zones in the country's economic development leads to a better understanding of the decision-making environment by managers.
The initiative or the value of the article:no research has been done in the field of identifying the influential components of free zones in the economic development of the country. The current research is the first step in this field.
