سلامت روحی-روانی کارکنان در ایران؛ مورد مطالعه: صنعت بانکداری و پرداخت ‏الکترونیک

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی ابعاد تشکیل‌دهنده سلامت روحی ـ روانی کارکنان در ایران است.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: در این راستا شرکت‌های ارائه‌کننده خدمات پرداخت الکترونیک به‌عنوان جامعه هدف انتخاب شدند. به این ترتیب که با 50 نفر از رده‌های گوناگون (مدیر، سرپرست و کارشناس) از سه شرکت بزرگ در این صنعت مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه‌ساختار یافته صورت گرفت؛ با استفاده از روش تحلیل تم، مقوله‌ها و محورهای اصلی استخراج و پالایش شد.یافته‌های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد که سازه سلامت روحی ـ روانی کارکنان در ایران چهار محور اصلی دارد که عبارت‌اند از: سلامت روحی ـ روانی مبتنی بر زندگی شخصی؛ سلامت روحی ـ روانی فردی؛ سلامت روحی ـ روانی اجتماعی و سلامت روحی ـ روانی شغلی.محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: از جمله محدودیت‌های این پژوهش عدم­امکان مصاحبه با کارکنان سایر صنایع مشابه به‌منظور غنای بیشتر نتایج است.پیامدهای عملی: چارچوب ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش به مدیران کمک می‌کند تا تصویر بهتری از سلامت روحی ـ روانی کارکنان داشته باشند و درنتیجه برنامه‌های عملیاتی هدفمند برای افزایش سلامت روحی ـ روانی کارکنان ارائه کنند.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: در این پژوهش یک چارچوب مفهومی اولیه و بومی به پژوهشگران و کاربران ارائه می‌شود که بر اساس آن قادر هستند پژوهش‌های خود درباره مفهوم و ابعاد سلامت روحی ـ روانی کارکنان را تکمیل کنند.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: This study aims to identify dimensions of employee well-being in Iran.Design/ Methodology/ Approach: In this regard, 50 employees based on their level in company (e.g. manager, supervisor, and specialist) from 3 different companies in the payment industry have been invited for the interview using a convenience sampling method. semi-structured interviews have been done. After that, data has been analyzed using the thematic analysis method.Research Findings: Our findings indicate that employees' well-being includes 4 dimensions: life well-being, personal well-being, social well-being and work well-being.Limitations & Consequences: Impossibility of interview with the employees of similar industries with the purpose of more richness of the results, is the main limitation of this research.Innovation or Value of the Study: The conceptual framework presented in this research, has established a local ground for researchers to studying the concept and dimensions of Employee-Well-Being in Iran.
