Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning culture (OLC) and empowerment with tacit knowledge sharing. This is a descriptive correlational study clearly based on the structural equation modeling (SEM). The participants of this study were 220 professors and staff of Islamic Azad University that were selected via the random method. Data were collected via the standardized questionnaires. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires were obtained.
