Abstract
This study with aimed to design a model for quantum leadership in organizations has been done. This research is applied and descriptive survey. The study population are experts in Lorestan universities who 30 member of them were selected using purposive sampling. Data collection tools in this study, with the aim of developing quantum leadership model was questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by content validity. The results show that leaders and managers in the organization to create quantum leadership style, should with quantum seeing and targeted see, style and way of thinking coincides with the quantum thinking and this led to quantum intuitive and quantum Knowing. In this way, leaders and managers are able to create feel and trust among its employee. With the advent of creative and intuitive thinking with anticipation and foresight, the quantum acting exist in the organization. The basic consequence of quantum acting is quantum being, interaction leader-follower, followers and staff development through self-organization and ultimately creation of innovative, numerate and accurate organization.
