Abstract
Purpose: Every organization for development, must be progressive, adaptable and resilient in the face of fluctuations and challenges. Therefore, familiarity with the concept of resiliency and purpose of the present study is to identify the factors affecting organizational resilience.
Design/methodology/approach: present study was conducted using a qualitative method meta-Synthesis. For this purpose, 34 valid articles were identified by referring to the credible documents available on valid electronic sites from 2015 to 2019. The method of data analysis has been open coding.
Findings: In this study, 340 codes were identified and then the identified codes were categorized and combined based on conceptual similarity. according to this, the extracted codes were classified into 24 themes and identified themes into 8 concepts.
Limitations: The concept of resilience has been applied in various fields including: psychology; environmental sciences; system theory; information and communication technology and strategic management, etc. Therefore, extracting articles related to "resiliency in the organization" requires It takes more time.
Originality or value of the article: Achieving a holistic model of organizational resilience using a cross-cutting approach is one of the innovations of this research that can be used as a model for other research.
