شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری سازمانی با رویکرد فراترکیب

چکیده

هدف: امروزه سازمان‌ها برای توسعه بایستی بتوانند در برابر نوسانات و چالش‌ها پیشرو، سازگار و مقاوم باشند، از این رو آشنایی با مفاهیم بنیادی تاب‌آوری و توسعه آن برای همه سازمان‌ها از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در این راستا هدف اساسی مقاله حاضر شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تاب‌آوری سازمانی است.
طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شده است تا بتواند یافته‌های مطالعات صورت گرفته در این خصوص را به صورت نظام‌مند بررسی نماید. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات این مقاله اسناد موجود در این حوزه در سایت‌های الکترونیکی معتبر در بازه زمانی 2015 تا 2019  و شامل 34 مقاله بود. شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها کدگذاری باز بوده است.
یافته‌های پژوهش: در این پژوهش تعداد 340 کد شناسایی گردید و سپس کدهای شناسایی شده بر اساس میزان تشابه مفهومی دسته‌بندی و ترکیب شدند. بر این اساس، کدهای استخراج شده در قالب 24 مولفه و مولفه‌های شناسایی شده در قالب  8 بعد طبقه‌بندی شدند.
محدودیت‌ها: مفهوم تاب‌آوری در زمینه‌های مختلف از جمله روانشناسی؛ علوم زیست‌محیطی؛ نظریه سیستم؛ فناوری اطلاعات، مدیریت استراتژیک و غیره به کار رفته است، از این رو استخراج مقالات مرتبط با «تاب‌آوری در سازمان» نیاز به اختصاص زمان بیشتری دارد.
پیامدهای عملی: احصاء عوامل موثر بر تاب‌آوری سازمانی می‌تواند باعث افزایش توان سازگاری و انطباق‌پذیری سازمان در مواجهه با شرایط پیچیده محیطی و بحران شود.
ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: دستیابی به مدلی جامع برای تاب‌آوری سازمانی با استفاده از روش فراترکیب از نوآوری‌های این پژوهش است که می‌تواند به عنوان الگویی برای سایر پژوهش‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Every organization for development, must be progressive, adaptable and resilient in the face of fluctuations and challenges. Therefore, familiarity with the concept of resiliency and purpose of the present study is to identify the factors affecting organizational resilience.
Design/methodology/approach: present study was conducted using a qualitative method meta-Synthesis. For this purpose, 34 valid articles were identified by referring to the credible documents available on valid electronic sites from 2015 to 2019.  The method of data analysis has been open coding.
Findings: In this study, 340 codes were identified and then the identified codes were categorized and combined based on conceptual similarity. according to this, the extracted codes were classified into 24 themes and identified themes into 8 concepts.
Limitations: The concept of resilience has been applied in various fields including: psychology; environmental sciences; system theory; information and communication technology and strategic management, etc. Therefore, extracting articles related to "resiliency in the organization" requires It takes more time.
Originality or value of the article: Achieving a holistic model of organizational resilience using a cross-cutting approach is one of the innovations of this research that can be used as a model for other research.
