Abstract
Purpose: The effectiveness of the administrative system is a vital factor in the realization of development plans, and without an efficient and effective administrative system, achieving the goals of the larger community is not feasible. The main goal behind this research is to outline and measure the factors influencing Iran administrative system's managerial dimension.
Design / Methodology / Approach: The current study is applied, and in terms of strategy, it is a survey and descriptive regarding the objective. The statistical community consists of Managers of Iran Ministries, where cluster sampling has been applied for sampling. In this study, Fuzzy method has been used to analyze the data and this way, the required data have been gained in the form of the natural language from the experts and analyzed.
Research Findings: There is a significant difference between the current and desirable status of the managerial dimension in the Iranian administrative system, meaning that the managerial dimension in the desirable status is less than the optimal one.
Limitation & Consequences: One of the most important limitations of the present study was the absence of competing studies, so that no articles related to the subject of the present study were found by referring to online and external online databases and no similar research was found in the author's search.
Practical Consequences: The results of this research can be exploited by researchers, policy makers and government agents in order to make the Iranian administrative system more efficient.
Innovation or Value of the Article: The article adds to research in the field of public administration, and in particular the administrative system. Due to the lack of research in the field of administrative system of the country, the present article can compensate for the lack of research in the field of administrative system in the country.
