Abstract
The purpose of the current study is to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with regard to the meditating role of internal marketing and organizational learning. Based on the purposes and nature of the present study, the correlative and causal–comparative types of the descriptive research method have been applied. Statistical society consists of the employees of branches of Asia insurance company in Tehran. By taking Simple random sampling method, we have collected a sample of 151 employees. The research data was gathered by taking the questionnaire, after the investigation of its validity and stability. To determine the validity of the research questionnaire some experts and professors in the field were asked to evaluate the questionnaire. In order to determine the fit measuring from the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, loadings, Composite Reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE) was used And to determine the fit of the structural model of the coefficient of determination (R²) was used .The results of this study showed that transformational leadership has positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational learning; Also, Organizational learning has positive and significant effects on internal marketing and organizational citizenship behavior; But in the current study transformational leadership does not have a significant impact on internal marketing and also, internal marketing does not have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.
