The Effecting for Good Governance with Organizational Health and the mediating role of Political behavior

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to explain the effect of good governance on organizational health with the role of mediator of political behavior in the tax office in northern Tehran. The purpose of the research is of applied type and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive survey type. The statistical population of the study was all employees of the Tax Administration of Tehran in the city of 276 people who were selected by Cochran formula in 161 random sampling method. The data gathering tool was a standardized questionnaire of good governance, organizational health and political behavior. After collecting the data, the validity of the questionnaires through content and constructive validity and their reliability through Cronbach's alpha for organizational health questionnaire equaled 0.945, for the good governance questionnaire was 947.0, for the political behavior questionnaire Equal to 0.888. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling, SmartPC software. L Version 2 was used. The findings of this study showed that political behavior in the relationship between good governance and organizational health plays a mediator role, and there are positive and significant variables of good governance and organizational health on political behavior.
