طراحی مدل ارتقای قابلیت‌های نوآوری سازمانی با رویکرد تاب‌آوری سازمانی در شرکت‌های دانش بنیان

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل ارتقای قابلیت‌های نوآوری سازمانی با رویکرد تاب‌آوری سازمانی در شرکت‌های دانش بنیان مشهد طی 18 ماه بین سال‌های 1397-1399 انجام شده است.طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش از نظر هدف جزو پژوهش‌های کاربردی، از نظر نوع، ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی 25 نفر از خبرگان در رشته‌های مرتبط و جامعه آماری بخش کمی مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شاغل در شرکت‌های دانش بنیان مشهد به تعداد 650 نفر بود که 240 نفر بعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. نمونه گیری بخش کیفی به روش هدفمند و در بخش کمی روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که ابعاد قابلیت نوآوری سازمانی در مسیر تأثیر بر تاب آوری سازمانی به این ترتیب اثرگذار بودند: بعد فردی (0.287)، بعد ساختاری (0.189)، بعد عملیاتی (0.130)، بعد نوآوری (0.126)، بعد تکنولوژی (0.111)، بعد سازمانی (0.117) و بعد محیطی (0.095).محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: عدم کنترل و بررسی نقش سایر عوامل تأثیر گذار بر مدل ارتقای قابلیت‌های نوآوری سازمانی با رویکرد تاب آوری سازمانی در شرکت‌های دانش بنیان محدودیت این تحقیق محسوب می‌گردد. برای پژوهش‌های آینده باید نقش متغیرهای میانجی به‌طور دقیق بررسی شوند تا دیگر روابط میان متغیرها هر چه شفاف‌تر و جامع‌تر شناخته شود.پیامدهای عملی: با داشتن قابلیت‌های نوآوری سازمانی، شرکت‌های دانش بنیان می‌توانند فرصت‌های محیطی را تشخیص داده و تاب آوری سازمانی را افزایش دهند.ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: در این پژوهش تأثیر قابلیت‌های نوآوری سازمانی بر تاب آوری سازمانی در شرکت‌های دانش بنیان بررسی می‌شود.واژگان کلیدیقابلیت‌های نوآوری سازمانی، تاب آوری سازمانی، شرکت‌های دانش بنیان.

Designing an Innovative Organizational Capability Model with Organizational Resilience Approach in Knowledge Based Organization

 Objective: The aim of this study was to design a model for promoting organizational innovation capabilities with an organizational resilience approach in Mashhad knowledge-based companies during 18 months between 2018-2020.Design / methodology / approach: In terms of purpose, this research is applied research, in terms of type, combination (qualitative and quantitative) and in terms of method, descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the qualitative section: 25 experts in related fields and the statistical population of the quantitative section: managers and senior experts working in knowledge-based companies in Mashhad was 650 people, of which 240 people were selected as a statistical sample. Qualitative sampling was purposeful and in the quantitative part was simple random sampling. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling was used to test the research hypotheses.Findings: The findings indicate that the dimensions of organizational innovation ability in the direction of impact on organizational resilience were as follows: Individual dimension (0.287), structural dimension (0.189), operational dimension (0.130), innovation dimension (0.126), technology dimension (0.111), organizational dimension (0.117) and environmental dimension (0.095).Limitations and Consequences: Lack of control and study of the role of other factors affecting the model of promoting organizational innovation capabilities with organizational resilience approach in knowledge-based companies is the limitation of this research. For future research, the role of mediating variables should be carefully considered so that other relationships between variables are as clear and comprehensive as possible.Practical Implications: By having organizational innovation capabilities, knowledge-based companies can identify environmental opportunities and increase organizational resilience.Initiative or value of the article: In this study, the effect of organizational innovation capabilities on organizational resilience in knowledge-based companies is investigated.Keywords:Organizational Innovation Capabilities, Organizational Resilience, Knowledge Based Companies
