Objective:Entrepreneur University as a scientific, research and professional institution while dealing with its traditional and customary functions pays special attention to the concepts, requirements and characteristics of entrepreneurship in all activities.
Methodology:This study was conducted in terms of applied-developmental purpose, in terms of descriptive nature and in terms of method, mixed (mixed). The method of qualitative sampling was snowball and the quantitative part was quota sampling method. The data were obtained from the interview. In order to test the research hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method was used and for this purpose, AMOS software version 24 was used.
Findings:In the qualitative section and at the end of the third year, the conceptual model of the research included 21 dimensions and 34 components for the entrepreneur university variable and 6 dimensions and 6 components for the organizational learning variable, which was a quantitative section questionnaire.
Conclusion:The results of this study, the dimensions of the entrepreneur's university and the priority of each of them showed that every 21 dimensions of the entrepreneur's university were effective factors on the entrepreneur's university model. The results identified the dimensions of organizational learning and the priority of each of them and showed that all six dimensions of teamwork, creating a supportive culture in the organization, leadership style, organizational strategy, organizational structure and the role of senior management are effective factors in assessing organizational learning. According to the factor load, it was observed that the factors of organizational strategy, organizational structure and leadership style were more effective in measuring organizational learning, respectively. The framework of this study led to the presentation of the entrepreneurial university model in terms of organizational learning and provided the background for the priority of entrepreneurial university agents in the free universities of Khorasan Razavi.
