The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between Work Place Spirituality and Organizational Commitment using Work Engagement as a mediator variable. This research is practical and descriptive-scrolling. statistical population of the research consist of 17616 Maskan bank staff in Iran and among them we gathered 638 questionnaire based on 2 step cluster sampeling. The data collection method is using a questionnaire. Based on the research variables, 34 questions were designed. to design questions, Standard Questionnaire of John Millman's , Wilmer's Standard Adjustment Questionnaire, and Jalal Hanayha's Organizational Commitment Standard Questionnaire are used. we analyse our data by using SPSS and PLS softwares. finally the results shows that Work Place Spirituality has an direct effect on Organizational Commitment and an indirect effect on Organizational Commitment using modiator variable, Work Engagement
