		<Abstract>Today, intangible assets, including human resources, are considered as one of the most important sectors of the business, which can create enormous changes in corporate organizational performance, and neglecting them can have devastating consequences. The main purpose of this research is to design and explain a model of competency in order to retain employees in privatized companies in a competitive environment. The present research is a developmental and applied objective and is qualitative in terms of its nature. The statistical community is marketing experts and human resources in the qualitative sector. Experts were identified by purposeful sampling and snowball techniques, which, according to the adequacy of the data, were interviewed in total with 20 experts. The method of analysis, the data theory of the foundation was based on a systematic approach. The data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results confirm that the identification of the supportive atmosphere and attention to the learning organization was identified. The main phenomenon of individual characteristics, in relation to the conditions of the intervener, were internal and external factors. The governing body of organizational culture and laws and regulations has been identified in relation to the main strategy of human resource management practices, competent leaders and human resources skills. The main consequence of this model is retention of manpower.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of component acceptance of electronic banking on the development of new services and the financial performance of the province&#039;s housing bank study the purpose, nature and methods in a class of Ali and in terms of research has been carried out in the field. The population of the study staff and customers is the Housing Bank in the province. Using the sampling method, 254 questionnaires were analyzed. A questionnaire was used to collect data after confirming its validity and reliability (Cronbach&#039;s alpha coefficient 80 hundredths) was distributed among them. To analyze the data and software LISREL Structural equation modeling was used. The results suggest that perceived security, trust, understanding and acceptance of electronic banking has a positive impact on the quality of e-banking services. And acceptance of electronic banking has a positive impact on the development of new services, new service development banks, and on the other hand have a positive impact on the financial performance of banks.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Today, the process of using knowledge resources that can guarantee the survival of organizations in the competitive world is a very important issue; therefore, the way of acquiring and representing the knowledge of experts to reuse them has always been the attention of researchers. Since most of the proposed acquisition models have been in the field of expert systems, in this paper, with the creation of an innovation, a cognitive mapping technique is used to design the native model of knowledge acquisition of the experts and the iThoughts software is used to model the map. The method seeks to minimize the views and interventions of the researcher in the interpretation of the constructs created in qualitative research (in which the viewers are concerned). For gathering information, the experts&#039; meetings and the Focus Group (Attended by eight experts from the field of knowledge acquisition (Research and operational)) were used. In this way, with the discussion of theoretical literature and practical experience, the central concepts and its subsets were extracted. According to the research findings, the native acquisition model of knowledge consists of six essential sections: 1) Identify required knowledge, 2) Preparing an expert, 3) Preparing the Knowledge Engineering Team, 4) Knowledge category classification, 5) Choice of technique and tool and 6) Actions related to the continuation of knowledge management process.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Over the past decade, surveing  the knowledge assets from private organizations has been spread to government agencies such as universities and research centers. In fact, universities and higher education institutions must move towards knowledge assessment with a proper planning, and also they have Identify and measure existing knowledge till knowledge be used more efficient, creative and exploitable in universities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is identifing the knowledge measurement factors of universities&#039; faculty members and determining the type of relationship between hidden variables, which is a fundamental part of research. The method of information collection is library resources and questionnaire, and also the way of data analysis is Exploratory Factor Analysis and Dematel. Statistical population was137 person of human resource and education management faculty members.. The research result showed 59 effective indicators of faculty members&#039; knowledge measurement were grouped in 5 factors or hidden variable which was named: &quot;management ability&quot;, &quot;scientific ability (fundamental)&quot;, &quot;scientific ability (practical)&quot;, &quot;interaction and communities skills&quot;, specialized skills&quot;. The relationship between variables and conceptual model was obtained by Dematel technique.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The current paper aims at providing a model for electronic learning in Iran. This is a mixed type paper done in two stages. The first step includes an applied development with the statistical community of the experts in the field of e-learning, and the purposeful-criterion sampling method was used with library studies and interviews data collection methods. The second step includes correlational structural equations with the sample of 376 faculty members, managers and technical experts and graduate students. data was collected using an researcher-made questionnaire.
The results of the research confirmed the impact of design dimensions, content, support, training strategy, user interface, Internet marketing, technology, communication channels, individual factors on user satisfaction and the e-learning efficiency of Iranian higher education institutions. Also, the communication channel variable has a positive and significant effect on users&#039; content and satisfaction, and the positive and significant effect of user satisfaction on e-learning performance has also been confirmed.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Abstract: In this research ,we have tried to identify the axial value components of the entrepreneurship policy making framework in the books of Mizan al-Hikmah and Al-Hayat. In this research, data from the text of hadiths were analyzed and coded using the thematic anilysis method and MAXQDA software. The results of this research show that the value components of entrepreneurship policy making framework in the books of Mizana al-Hikmah and Al-Hayat. Comprised of twenty themes belief in afterlife, the fact that all hardships are divine tests, sustenance is guaranteed for those who seek it, it is necessary to create value for oneself and others whether in need or not, monopoly is prohibited, Fiqh rules, people have different abilities and talents, world affairs are conducted through causality and tools, government has a role in value-creation, money should be earned and spent in religiously legitimate ways, it is forbidden to harm oneself and others, Nafy-e Sabil (rejection of foreign dominance), attention should be paid to needs and their satisfaction in production and consumption, money is seen as a means to regulate life, acquisitiveness is prohibited and certain groups should receive gifts , 
Finally ,using the extracted content, the network of value components of entrepreneurship policy framework has been presented These components affect the behavior of actors in the field of policy in the formulation and implementation of entrepreneurship policies.</Abstract>

Comprised of twenty themes belief in afterlife, the fact that all hardships are divine tests, sustenance is guaranteed for those who seek it, it is necessary to create value for oneself and others whether in need or not, monopoly is prohibited, Fiqh rules, people have different abilities and talents, world affairs are conducted through causality and tools, government has a role in value-creation, money should be earned and spent in religiously legitimate ways, it is forbidden to harm oneself and others, Nafy-e Sabil (rejection of foreign dominance), attention should be paid to needs and their satisfaction in production and consumption, money is seen as a means to regulate life, acquisitiveness is prohibited and certain groups should receive gifts , 
Finally ,using the extracted content, the network of value components of entrepreneurship policy framework has been presented These components affect the behavior of actors in the field of policy in the formulation and implementation of entrepreneurship policies.</OtherAbstract>

		<Abstract>This study aimed to assess the level of work commitment and organizational factors affecting the work commitment of Ministry of Energy’s staff was conducted. The data collected in this study was a questionnaire. To measure the variables, the questionnaire is used. To assess the construct validity the factor analysis was used. All loads are all factors relating to the structure of the study are significant at the five percent level, and have been able to make a meaningful contribution in the measurement of relevant structures. This confirms the validity of the questionnaire. To assess the reliability, the reliability coefficient compound, are all larger than 0.7. Therefore, the parameters have been well explained by variables hide. To analyze the data, variance and software-based approach PLS structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that the relationship between &quot;work commitment&quot; with job satisfaction, management style, job status, organizational justice and organizational contributions is positive and significant. The relationship between &quot;work commitment” and alienation of labor is negative and significant. The strongest correlation was with work commitment. That means that the alienation of labor increases, leading to a decline in the work commitment. Among Indicators related to responsive features the only indicator of the level of education was significant which according to the results, the relationship between education and work commitment is the reverse. The more education, the less work commitment. Other variables of research for work experience, age, position and expertise and gender have no significant relationship with work commitment.</Abstract>
