The current research, in terms of purpose, is set in the applied research group, and method-wise, it is a descriptive research and is categorized in the surveying and solidarity research field. The statistical population of this study is 2700 managers and employees of the Tehran Oil Refining Company, 337 of them were selected as samples. The data was collected through a simple random sampling questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS22 and AMOS22 software using structural equation modeling. The stability of the questionnaire was confirmed by using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and composite reliability, and the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using convergent validity and content validity using the knowledge of the professional and experts familiar with the research topic. The results of the data analysis led to confirmation of all the research hypotheses.
