غنیسازی کار – خانواده و رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه؛ سرمایه روانشناختی به مثابه متغیر میانجی
بسیاری از پژوهشگران و نظریهپردازان مدیریت بر اهمیت توسعه، پرورش و استفاده از ظرفیتهای نوآورانه بالقوه در رفتار کارکنان برای موفقیت سازمان تأکید دارند. پژوهشهای مختلفی برای افزایش ظرفیتهای بالقوه نوآوری در رفتارهای کاری کارکنان و عوامل مؤثر بر آن انجام شده است. ازجمله این عوامل میتوان به سرمایه روانشناختی و غنیسازی کار و خانواده اشاره کرد؛ بنابراین هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی رابطه غنیسازی کار ـ خانواده با رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه با توجه به نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را 155 نفر از مدیران و کارکنان مرکز آموزش مدیریت دولتی تشکیل میدهند. دادههای این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه و نمونهای متشکل از 110 نفر به روش تصادفی ساده جمعآوری و با روش مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شد. روایی سؤالهای پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی آن بهوسیله آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تأیید شد. نتایج مدل معادلات ساختاری، فرضیههای پژوهش را تأیید کرد؛ همچنین نشان داده شد، سرمایه روانشناختی بهعنوان متغیر میانجی اثر کامل بر رابطه بین غنیسازی کار-خانواده و رفتارهای کاری نوآورانه دارد.

روایت حکمرانی تعالیگرا بهجای توقف بر فساد
چکیده بیشتر راهبردهای متداول در مواجهه با فساد، بر اتخاذ رویکرد انفعالی از طریق حذف ویژگیهای سازمان فاسد یا مقاومت در برابر فساد تأکید دارند؛ درحالیکه میتوان این پدیده را با رویکردی فعال و یا حتی فوقفعال، تحتکنترل درآورد. پژوهش حاضر در پی آن است که با ارائه داستان یک سازمان تعالیگرا و فسادزدوده، یکی از بهترین راهبردهای مقابله با فساد را بازتعریف کند. درواقع در پاسخ به این پرسش که «مختصات حکمرانی تعالیگرا و فسادزدوده چیست؟» در پژوهش حاضر تأکید بر این است که با بهرهگیری از روش «پیشروایت» از طریق تصویرپردازی از حکمرانی و سازمان اداری متعالی، میتوان ظرفیتهای همافزای عناصر سازمانی را برای شکلدهی یک سازمان فسادزدوده، یادگیرنده، و تعالیگرا برانگیخت. در این شیوه با بهتصویرکشیدن یک سازمان و سالم، ارزشهایی عمیق در ناخودآگاه افراد ایجاد میشود و از دیدگاه هولوگرافیکی، میدان مغناطیسی جدید فعال میشود و افراد بهتدریج به سمت سازمان روایتشده، گام برمیدارند. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر، بنیادی است و از «روش آمیخته» استفاده شده است. نخست، بهمنظور استخراج مفاهیم و مؤلفههای حکمرانی تعالیگرا از روش «روایتگری و تحلیل تم» استفاده شده است؛ سپس، بهمنظور ارزیابی و رتبهبندی مفاهیم، از روش «نظرسنجی از خبرگان» بهره گرفته شده است. سازمان سالم و متعالی پایبند به قانون است و دموکراسی را در احترام به قانون رصد میکند؛ بدین ترتیب، سازمانی شکل میگیرد که با رعایت ویژگیهای بالا به اسوه سازمان سالم تبدیل شود.

ارزیابی ماژولهای سیستم مدیریت دانش برای جاریسازی مدیریت دانش 0/2 در سازمان
در پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی سیستم مدیریت دانش سازمانی مبتنی بر ابزارهای وب 0/2 (سیستم مدیریت دانش 0/2)، تلاش شده با ارزیابی ماژولهای سیستمهای مدیریت دانش به پیادهسازی و اجرای هر چه بهتر مدیریت دانش0/2 در سازمان کمک گردد. در این راستا با بررسی ادبیات موجود در زمینه مدیریت دانش 0/2 و ابزارهای وب 0/2، چهار بُعد (ویژگی) مدیریت دانش 0/2 استخراج شده و پس از بررسی چند سیستم مدیریت دانش و شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی، 19 ماژول اصلی و تأثیرگذار در مدیریت دانش انتخاب شد. درنهایت با دستهبندی ماژولها در چهار بُعد استخراجی، با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی، ماژولها در هر بُعد رتبهبندی شده و بر اساس وزن نهایی، تمامی ماژولها بهترتیب اهمیت در اجرای مدیریت دانش 0/2 در سازمان رتبهبندی شدند. یافتهها نشان میدهد که «همکاری» بهعنوان مهمترین ویژگی در مدیریت دانش 0/2 و پس از آن ایجاد «پیوند» مورد تأکید است؛ همچنین، ماژولهای «ارائه ایده»، «مخزن دانش»، «ارائه نقشه دانشی»، «ایجاد گروه»، «پروژه» و «ارائه بازخورد» بهترتیب بهعنوان شش ماژول دارای اولویت در طراحی سیستم مدیریت دانش 0/2 شناخته شده است. با توجه به اهمیت بُعد «همکاری» در مدیریت دانش 0/2، ماژولهای مربوط به آن نیز در میان 5 ماژول برتر قرار دارد.

شناسایی و اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر بر شفافیت نظام اداری ایران (ناظر بر بند 18 سیاستهای کلی نظام اداری)
چکیدهدر نظامهای مردمسالار، آحاد جامعه میتوانند مطابق ساختارهای قانون اساسی از حکومت در قبال انجام مسئولیتهای مدنی و اجتماعی خواهان پاسخهایی صریح و شفاف باشند. مسئله اساسی پژوهش حاضر تمرکز بر موضوع شفافیت اطلاعات در نظام اداری ایران است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده است، عوامل مؤثر بر شفافیت اطلاعات در نظام اداری (ناظر بر بند 18 سیاستهای کلی نظام اداری) بررسی شود. فرآیند انجام پژوهش حاضر را میتوان در دو گام اساسی مورد پیگیری قرار داد. گام اول، تشخیص عوامل و متغیرهایی است که میتوانند بر شفافیت اطلاعات نظام اداری تأثیرگذار باشند و در گام دوم پژوهشگر تلاش کرده است تا با استفاده از «روش تصمیمگیری چندمعیاره آراس»، اولویت معیارهای اصلی و مؤثر بر شفافیت نظام اداری را معین کند (رتبهبندی معیارهای اصلی). پژوهش حاضر را میتوان در زمره پژوهشهای کاربردی طبقهبندی کرد. نتایج تحلیل دادههای پژوهش نشان میدهد، عامل «ملّی»بهعنوان مهمترین معیار در شفافیت اطلاعات نظام اداری قابلتأمل است.

بررسی ارتباط بین سیرت نیکو با تعهد سازمانی و سکوت سازمانی
چکیده موفقیت سازمانهای امروزی در سایه منابع انسانی آن قرار دارد و جریان شفاف اطلاعات و ایدهها، گامی بهسوی خلاقیت و نوآوری است که سازمانهای امروزی نیازمند آن هستند؛ در این میان سکوت سازمانی بهعنوان یکی از موانع پیشرفت سازمان میتواند با سیرت نیکوی مدیران و ایجاد تعهد در کارکنان کاهش یابد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین سیرت نیکو با تعهد سازمانی و سکوت سازمانی است. جامعه آماری این پیمایش شامل 7000 نفر از کارکنان علوم پزشکی دانشگاه اصفهان بود که بر اساس فرمول حجم نمونه کوکران، 364 نفر از آنها بهعنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور آزمون مدل پژوهش پرسشنامه استانداردشده در مطالعات با انجام تعدیلات جزئی بهکار برده شد و سپس روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه از طریق بازبینی توسط کارشناسان مربوطه تأیید و پایایی کل پرسشنامه نیز به روش آلفای کرونباخ، 79/0 محاسبه شد. برای تحلیل دادهها نیز از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS و Smart PLS استفاده شد. نتایج رابطه صداقت، تواضع، شوخطبعی، شور و اشتیاق و غمخواری بر تعهد سازمانی را تأیید کرد؛ درحالیکه رابطه شجاعت و حکمت بر تعهد سازمانی تأیید نشد؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد که سیرت نیکو و تعهد سازمانی بر سکوت سازمانی تأثیر منفی و معناداری دارد؛ بنابراین در این پژوهش توصیههایی ارائهشده است تا با استفاده از آن بتوان از نهادینهکردن سیرت نیکو و تعهد سازمان بهعنوان ابزاری برای کاهش سکوت سازمانی استفاده کرد تا سازمان بتواند از مهمترین منابع خود که نیروی انسانی آن است، نهایت استفاده را کرده و در دنیای رقابتی پابرجا باقی بماند

چکیده بیشتر پژوهشهایی که در زمینه ارزیابی عملکرد انجام شدهاند، بر فرآیندهای شناختی نسبتاً بدون روح ارزیابان متمرکز شده و عمدتاً جزئیات اجتماعی و انسانی آن را از قلم انداختهاند؛ همچنین یکی از موضوعهای حوزه ارزیابی عملکرد که مطالعههای چندانی را به خود اختصاص نداده، شیوههای استفاده از آن است؛ بنابراین هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر شیوههای استفاده از ارزیابی عملکرد (توسعهای و ارزیابانه) بر اعتماد کارکنان به مدیران (با توجه به ابعاد شایستگی، صداقت و خیرخواهی) است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان «خبرگزاری ایسنا» هستند. روش این پژوهش پیمایش و ابزار اصلی گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه است؛ هرچند برای شناسایی وضعیت موجود نظام ارزیابی عملکرد در جامعه آماری یادشده، برخی مصاحبههای اکتشافی نیز انجام شده است. برای تحلیل دادهها از نرم افزارهای SPSS و PLS 2 Smart استفاده شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که هر دو شیوه (توسعهای و ارزیابانه) بر اعتماد کارکنان به مدیران تأثیر دارند؛ هرچند میزان این تأثیرگذاری در ارزیابی عملکرد توسعهای بیشتر است؛ در نهایت، پیشنهادهایی کاربردی درراستای بهبود سیستم ارزیابی عملکرد و اعتماد کارکنان به مدیران «خبرگزاری ایسنا» پیشنهاد شده است.

ارائه مدلهای چند سطحی در زمینه افزایش سطح استفاده از خدمات
چکیده مقاله حاضر در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که عامل «کیفیت ارائهشده» چه نقشی در سطح استفاده مردم از خدمات دارد. برای پاسخ به این سؤال از اطلاعات گزارشهای موجود و نظرسنجی استفاده شد؛ درنهایت با استفاده از نرمافزار HLM، مدلسازی و تجزیهوتحلیل چندسطحی فرضیهها صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد، عوامل 25گانهای که برای اندازهگیری کیفیت خدمات استفاده شدهاند بر رابطه بین رشد کمی زیرساختهای ارائه خدمت و سطح استفاده مردم اثرگذار هستند.
