تأثیر عوامل روانشناسی اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای و اخلاق حرفه‌ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه یزد

چکیده

هدف: امروزه نمی‌توان منکر نقشی که سازمان­ها و کارکنان آن‌ها در پیشرفت و توسعه‌ی جوامع در کشورهای مختلف ایفا می‌کنند، شد. هر سازمانی به دنبال آن است که تداوم، بقا و پویایی سازمانی خود را تا جایی که ممکن است، به حداکثر برساند که این امر مستلزم توجه بیش از پیش به مهم‌ترین سرمایه‌ هر سازمانی، یعنی منابع انسانی آن سازمان می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر عوامل روانشناسی اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌­ای و اخلاق حرفه­ای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه یزد می‌باشد.
طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و نحوه‌ی گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 476 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه یزد می‌باشند که حجم نمونه طبق فرمول کوکران به تعداد 213 نفر تعیین شد که با استفاده از نمونه‌­گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌­آوری داده­ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد که پایایی آنها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روایی سازه نیز تایید شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و هم‌چنین نرم‌افزار SPSS 22 و AMOS 26 استفاده شده است.
یافته­‌های پژوهش :نتایج نشان داد که عوامل روانشناسی اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌­ای اثر معناداری دارد، مقدار معناداری تاثیر عوامل روانشناسی اجتماعی بر کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌­ای (219/13) بزرگتر از 96/1می‌­باشد، لذا تاثیر معنادار مستقیمی وجود دارد. کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌­ای بر اخلاق حرفه‌­ای اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد، مقدار معناداری تاثیر کیفیت زندگی حرفه­ای بر اخلاق حرفه­‌ای (374/5) بزرگتر از 96/1 می‌باشد، لذا تاثیر معنادار مستقیمی وجود دارد. مقدار معناداری تاثیر عوامل روانشناسی اجتماعی بر اخلاق حرفه‌­ای (371/5) بزرگتر از 96/1 می‌­باشد، لذا تاثیر معنادار مستقیمی وجود دارد.
محدودیت­‌ها و پیامدها: عدم امکان تعمیم‌­پذیری نتایج پژوهش همه جوامع و استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه برای سنجش نگرش افراد از جمله این موارد است.
پیامدهای عملی: ضروری است تا شفاف‌سازی و توجه بیشتری نسبت به درک شرایط و پیچیدگی‌های حرفه‌ی اعضای هیات علمی صورت گیرد، چرا که می‌تواند بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی حرفه‌ای و در نتیجه اخلاق حرفه‌ای آن‌ها تأثیرگذار باشد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Today, we cannot deny the role that organizations and their employees play in the progress and development of societies in different countries. Every institution and organization seeks to maximize its continuity, survival, and organizational dynamism as much as possible, which requires paying more attention to the most important capital of any organization, that is, the human resources of that organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social psychological factors on the quality of professional life and professional ethics.
Design/ methodology/ approach:  The research is of an applied type and uses a descriptive-correlation method for collecting information. The statistical population of the research is 476 faculty members of Yazd University, and the sample size was determined to be 213 using Cochran's formula. The tools of this research include standard questionnaires, whose reliability according to Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.944, 0.944, and 0.959 respectively; the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed, and it was examined by face validity and construct validity. Structural equation modeling and SPSS 22 and AMOS 26 software were used for data analysis.
Research Findings:  The results showed that the significant value of the effect of social psychological factors on the quality of professional life (13.219) is greater than 1.96. The significant value of the impact of the quality of professional life on professional ethics (5.374) is greater than 1.96. The significance value of the impact of social psychological factors on professional ethics (5.371) is greater than 1.96; in this way, it can be concluded that the hypotheses were confirmed.
Limitations & Consequences:  The lack of similar research and the absence of objective indicators for comparison within the country were the most important limitations.
Practical Consequences:  It is necessary to clarify and pay more attention to understanding the professional conditions and complexities of faculty members, because it can affect the quality of their professional life and consequently their professional ethics.
Innovation or value of the Article:  Providing a model to show the effect of social psychological factors on the quality of professional life and professional ethics of faculty members of Yazd University.
