تأثیر پویایی محیطی و دانش کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت‌های آن با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه

چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر دانش کارآفرینانه و پویایی محیطی بر تشخیص فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه در مرکز مشاوره و اطلاع­رسانی کارآفرینی شهر کرمان طی 15 ماه بین سال‌های 1393-1395، انجام شده است.

طراحی/ روش‌شناسی/ رویکرد: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف جزو پژوهش­های كاربردي، از نظر نوع، کمّی و از نظر روش، توصيفي-همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مراجعه‌کنندگان (دارای کسب‌وکار) به مرکز مشاوره و اطلاع­رسانی کارآفرینی شهر کرمان به تعداد 420 نفر است که تعداد 210 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌ عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری داده­ها پرسشنامه بود. برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.

یافته‌های پژوهش: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که دانش کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت کارآفرینانه با ضریب مسیر 0.29 و مقدار معناداری 3.60، تأثیر دارد؛ دانش کارآفرینانه بر خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه با ضریب مسیر 0.55 و مقدار معناداری 7.77، تأثیر دارد؛ خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت کارآفرینانه با ضریب مسیر 0.38 و مقدار معناداری 4.44، تأثیر دارد؛ پویایی محیطی بر تشخیص فرصت­های کارآفرینانه با ضریب مسیر 0.27 و مقدار معناداری 4.07، تأثیر دارد؛ پویایی محیطی بر افزایش دانش کارآفرینانه ضریب مسیر 0.30 و مقدار معناداری 4.94، تأثیر دارد.

محدودیت‌ها و پیامدها: به دلیل تعدد متغیرهای پژوهش و پيچيدگي‌هاي خاص پژوهش، برای پژوهش‌های آینده باید سایر مؤلفه‌های مرتبط با متغیرها به­طور دقیق بررسی شوند تا دیگر روابط میان متغیرها هر چه شفاف­تر و جامع­تر شناخته شود. در نهایت با آموزش دانش مناسب، خودکارآمدی کارکنان را افزایش داد.

پیامدهای عملی: با داشتن دانش و توانایی کارآفرینانه، فرد می‌تواند فرصت‌های محیطی را تشخیص داده و خودکارآمدی را در خود افزایش دهد.

ابتکار یا ارزش مقاله: در این پژوهش تأثیر پویایی محیطی و دانش کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت­های محیطی بررسی می­شود؛ همچنین چهار متغیر (خودکارآمدی) به عنوان متغیر میانجی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.
