واکاوی پیشایندهای طرد و روابط آنها در سازمانی دولتی

چکیده

هدف این مطالعة موردی، کاوش پیشایندهای طرد سازمانی و روابط سلسله­ مراتبی آنها در قالب یک مدل ساختاری تفسیری در سازمانی دولتی بود. به این منظور، پس از مطالعة ادبیات پژوهش و شناسایی پیشایندهای یادشده و گنجاندن آنها در پرسشنامة نیمه­ بسته ­ای مبتنی بر طیف لیکرت، پرسشنامه طبق نمونه ­گیری مفهوم میان 19 نفر از اعضای مطلع از پدیدة مورد مطالعه در یک سازمان­ دولتی در رفسنجان توزیع شد. در ادامه، با استفاده از تحلیل فازی، گویه ­ها غربال و پس از مقوله­ بندی برای کشف مدل در سنجه­ ای مربوط به مدل­یابی ساختاری تفسیری قرار داده شدند. طبق نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل داده­ های سنجة اخیر، در مجموع 8 عامل در 5 سطح (سطح اول: نبود نظام برون ­سازمانی پایش و حسابرسی مدیریت؛ سطح دوم: ویژگی ­های کژکارکردی مدیریت سازمان؛ سطح سوم: فرهنگ سازمانی گسستة منسجم­ نما و ضعف نظام­ های مدیریتی درون­ سازمانی؛ سطح چهارم: ویژگی‌های مطرود، جو تاریک سازمان و گسست میان طرفین طرد؛ سطح پنجم: کج ­رفتاری با مطرود) به عنوان پیشایندهای طرد در سازمان مورد مطالعه شناسایی شدند.
