الگویی برای یادگیری الکترونیکی در مؤسسات آموزش عالی کشور

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، ارائه الگویی برای یادگیری­ الکترونیکی در کشور ایران است. این پژوهش، از نوع آمیخته بوده و در دو مرحله انجام شده­ است. مرحله اول؛ کاربردی توسعه­ ای با جامعه آماری خبرگان مطرح دانشگاهی حوزه یادگیری­ الکترونیکی، روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند-ملاک­ محور و روش­های گردآوری داده­، مطالعات کتابخانه­ ای و مصاحبه. مرحله دوم؛ همبستگی (معادلات ساختاری) با نمونه­­ آماری۳۷۶ نفری از اعضای هیأت ­علمی، مدیران و کارشناسان فنی و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی با ابزار گردآوری داده­ ها پرسشنامه محقق­ ساخته.

نتایج حاصل از پژوهش تاثیر ابعاد تدوین، محتوا، پشتیبانی، راهبرد آموزشی، رابط کاربری، بازاریابی اینترنتی، فناوری، کانال ارتباطی، عوامل فردی بر رضایت کاربران و کارایی یادگیری‌‌الکترونیکیِ مؤسسات آموزش عالی ایران را تایید کرده ­است. همچنین متغیر کانال ارتباطی، بر محتوا و رضایت کاربران تأثیری مثبت و معنادار داشته و تأثیر مثبت و معنادار رضایت کاربران بر کارایی یادگیری ­الکترونیکی نیز تأیید شده­ است.
