شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت برای اجرای مدیریت دانش در شرکت های آب و فاضلاب شهری با استفاده از تکنیک ISM-DEMATEL

چکیده

این پژوهش، باهدف بررسی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مدیریت دانش (KM) در شرکت های آب و فاضلاب شهری با استفاده از تکنیک ISM-DEMATEL صورت گرفته است. از طریق بررسی ادبیات در میان بسیاری از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مدیریت دانش ، نه عامل به عنوان عوامل اصلی انتخاب شد. پس از تایید شاخص های مربوط توسط کارشناسان صنعت، دو پرسشنامه در میان کارشناسان برای رتبه بندی و تعیین رابطه بین اجزاء مربوطه توزیع شد. با استفاده از رویکرد DEMATEL یک مدل ساختاری شکل گرفت و سپس روابط علی میان عوامل بوسیله دیاگرام اثر-ارتباط ترسیم شد. تجزیه و تحلیل نتایج نشان می دهد که در میان عوامل مورد مطالعه، استراتژی ها و اهداف بیشترین تاثیر را در موفقیت اجرای مدیریت دانش در شرکت های آب و فاضلاب شهری ایران داشته و حمابت مدیریت ارشد، کار تیمی و فرهنگ سازمان دیگر عوامل کلیدی موفقیت می باشند. در نهایت، مدل پیشنهادی نویسنده برای اجرای KM بر اساس نتایج مطالعه­ی وضعیت فعلی جامعه مورد مطالعه ارائه شده است. این تحقیق اولین ارائه یک دیدگاه یکپارچه از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت برای اجرای مدیریت دانش در صنعت آب و فاضلاب است.
