سنجش فرآیندمحوری کسب‌وکار در صنعت بانکداری ایران (مورد مطالعه: بانک‌های تجاری – دولتی ایران)

چکیده

چکیده     در عصر اطلاعات یکی از مباحث فراروی مهندسی سازمانی، فرآیندمحوری کسب­وکار است. شناخت مدیران عالی از فرایندهای سازمان و اندازه­گیری سطح بلوغ فرآیندمحوری کسب­وکار از مباحثی است که پژوهش­های متعددی در چند سال اخیر به خود اختصاص داده است. در این پژوهش، ابتدا ضرایب اهمیت ابعاد و شاخص­های فرآیندمحوری کسب­وکار تعیین شده است. در مرحله بعد امتیاز میزان شاخص‌های فرایندمحوری در بانک­های تجاری دولتی ایران محاسبه شد و با توجه به ضرایب اهمیت شاخص­ها، میزان فرایندمحوری در بانک­های تجاری دولتی ایران سنجیده شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می­دهد که میزان فرایندمحوری در بانک­های تجاری ـ دولتی ایران کمتر از 50 درصد است. بیشترین میزان فرایندمحوری با 29 درصد به بعد «باورها و نگرش­ها» و کمترین آنها به میزان 5/7 درصد به بعد «بهره­وری» فرایند تعلق گرفته است.
