بررسی رابطه بین اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی با رویکرد سیستم‌های کاری با عملکرد بالا و بازارگرایی در صنعت بانکداری

چکیده

      پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد سیستم‌های کاری با عملکرد بالا به‌دنبال بررسی رابطه بین اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی و بازارگرایی در صنعت خدمات بانکداری ایران است. در این مطالعه به‌منظور تبیین اثرات اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی بر بازارگرایی سازمان از چارچوب AMO استفاده شد که اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی را به سه دسته: اقدامات توانمندساز، انگیزش‌زا و فرصت‌آفرین دسته‌بندی می‌کند. بازارگرایی مدلی سه‌بُعدی و شامل رفتار هوشمند، پاسخ استراتژیک و بخش‌های هماهنگ در نظر گرفته شده است. آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری و با بهره‌گیری از نظرهای نمونه 312 نفری از افراد شاغل در شعب «بانک ملت: صورت گرفته است. بر اساس نتایج، نقش اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی بر بازارگرایی بانک به‌صورت جمعی بر مبنای رویکرد سیستم‌های کاری با عملکرد بالا و همچنین به‌واسطه دستاوردهای مدیریت منابع انسانی تأیید شد.
