ادراک از فضیلت سازمانی: حلقه مفقوده پارادایم مثبت‌گرایی در عرصه مطالعات سازمانی

چکیده

 چکیده                              جوامع، فضیلت را عنصر جدایی‌ناپذیر شهروندی خوب می­دانند، با این تصور که می‌تواند زمینه‌ساز شکوفایی روابط متقابل اثربخش میان افراد و برقراری ثبات اجتماعی در سازمان باشد. ویژگی‌های شخصیتی اخلاق­مدار که از ادراک جمعی حاصل از رفتار برتر و متعالی سازمان در طول حیات یک کسب‌وکار فراگرفته می‌شوند، باعنوان «فضیلت سازمانی» مفهوم‌سازی شده است. توجه به پدیده فضیلت سازمانی وامدار ظهور پارادایم مثبت‌گرایی در عرصه پژوهش‌های سازمانی است؛ ازاین­رو پژوهش حاضر با در­نظر­گرفتن چنین رویکردی در پی تبیین نقش میانجی‌گری ادراک از فضیلت سازمانی بر رابطه میان سرمایه روان‌شناختی مثبت و رفتار شهروندی خواهد بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای، از میان 1853 نفر از کارکنان 23 دستگاه اجرایی مشمول بودجه جاری استان یزد، تعداد 324 نفر انتخاب‌شده و به منظور گرداوری داده­ها از پرسش‌نامه­ای مشتمل بر پنج متغیر در مقیاس پنج­نمره­ای لیکرت استفاده شد. روایی پرسش‌نامه به روش صوری- محتوایی و پایایی آن با محاسبه ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای هر متغیر محاسبه و بااستفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر از طریق نرم‌افزار لیزرل، تجزیه­و­تحلیل داده­های پژوهش انجام شد. یافته‌های پژوهش، ضمن تأیید رابطه میان سرمایه روان‌شناختی مثبت و رفتار شهروندی، نقش واسط ادراک از فضیلت سازمانی را تصدیق می­کند.
